Last week I gave a little presentation in the bookshop 't Oneindige verhaal' about 'ABBA looking for Frida' to high school student's from Sint-Niklaas. They got to see the first chapters and reenact them as though they were the characters. It was all about getting young people excited about reading... and ABBA.

ABBA looking for Frida

This is a finished page from the book I'm currently working on. The title is 'ABBA looking for Frida'. It's about four young musicians who want to start an ABBA tribute band. At the beginning their shows are rather poor and unprofessional, but eventually they become more successful. Slowly their lives begin to resemble that of Agnetha, Björn, Benny and Frida.
